Averx handles fulfilment through a managed 4-step workflow:

1. Customer selects an Averx-branded service and submits booking
2. Booking is received and reviewed by the operations team
3. Appropriate courier provider is assigned behind the scenes
4. Shipment is processed, dispatched, and tracked

Yes. Once a booking is processed, Averx generates a platform tracking number and maps it to the assigned courier's tracking reference. You can track status in real time via the Averx tracking portal or share the public tracking page with your recipient.

Averx integrates with the Moyasar payment gateway to accept secure online payments, supporting:

Invoices and payment receipts remain stored in your Averx customer portal.
